Hi just wondering if anybody has any advice or has had the same. I thought I was 6+ weeks and have been spotting with some cramping. Booked a private scan today that said I'm 5 weeks, no yolk or fetal pole in it. Said they was concerned as my gestational sac is very low. She wouldn't say more than that. I've read people have said it could mean imminent miscarriage. Any advice or anyone been in the same position would be great to hear.
