I’ve been getting really bad pins and needles in my arms especially at night time.
It’s starting to affect my daily life as I cannot sleep at night, I’m tired in the day, driving can be difficult and my job needs good manual dexterity. The pins and needles is persistent during the day aswell especially in the right arm and fingertips. Is this normal? It doesn’t feel right to me
