Has anyone had red bleeding and baby been fine?

I’ve had some bright red bleeding but not enough to need a pad and it has since stopped.
I tried to get EPU or GP appointment but haven’t been able to.

My head tells me not to worry as I’ve had no pain and the bleeding wasn’t much.

But everything I read about bleeding is that if it’s red it’s bad

Im currently 7+4 and this morning i woke up with brown blood and cramping , been on and off all day was at early preg unit and they have done spectulum and can confirm theres blood there but cervix is still closed at the moment done bloods and they came back normal but she said that doesnt go for much to come back in a week for a scan , in really worried at the moment so have booked in for private scan tonight im so scared and nervous x
