Pregnancy?!

Hiya, I’m new to this and hoping you can help! I’ve taken a few HCG tests and a Sainsburys own and can’t quite believe if it is....! What are your thoughts?

Need advice🙂
So I have been on the implanon for over a year now but the last couple of days I've been feeling more tired, movement on lower abdomen, and also missed my period, since being on the implanon iva always had my normal monthly cycle but I missed last month now going on 2months without period, I am really worried, i saw my GP yesterday did urine pregnancy test came out NEGATIVE also did blood test but was told that it's too early to tell 😰😰

Has anyone experienced the same symptoms ??

@MrsBaxter sorry but there are no pictures showing so can't really say I am afraid.
@DestinyM it is best if you start your own thread as it is considered a bit rude on here to ask your own questions on someone else's. But having said that the fact I am afraid if it is too early for a test to pick up a pregnancy then it is also too early to get the symptoms you are describing. Probably the implant as this can cause similar symptoms.
