Is this a girl

I'm so impatient and had a private scan at windows to the womb, I've been told it's a girl but when I look closely I can see a shadow which looks like a winky 😂. Can anyone else see what I mean? They wouldn't get it wrong would they I have about 3 weeks till my 20 week scan.

We had a gender scan at about 17 weeks and they showed us the 3 lines that showed it was a girl - did they make it really obvious to you?

I'd be more inclined to trust a sonographer than a shadow you can see with your untrained eye!

@AmIThough No we asked not to be told in the room so we could go out and do a confetti canyon with the family.

Your right though, I seriously dont know what I'm looking at 🙈 just paranoid I'll go and buy pink stuff when I need blue.

If you buy anything in the next 3 weeks, keep your receipt - they'll still be returnable!

When you go for your 20 week scan, don't tell them that you know. When they ask if you want to know, say yes, then they'll give you their unbiased findings.

I dont trust these gender things lol I always think what if they give you the wrong colour haha... your scan looks like a girl but I would hold off buying untill you get it confirmed at your 20 week scan just because baby may not of fully grown bits yet.. I've known people who got told girl and then it's only because they went for a growth scan over 30 weeks they mentioned 'he' ... I had an early gender scan and could clearly see he was a boy but still waited till 20 wk scan to get confirmed before I bought anything xx

@Boymummy3 Haha that's the exact reason I asked for a picture of the bits so I had some evidence. Pink confetti and then they come out with a winky, not ideal 😂😂. I'm definitely going to get them to re confirm at the 20 week.

Girl to me, ive had both having a girl this time, a boy u see it clearly.

@Nic165 @angelinthenightx I'm hoping so we have 10 1/2 mth old DD and we thought it would be nice to ha e 2 little girls close. Either way we are happy though

Spent over 1 k. Reorganised all dc's bedrooms.....
Emailed the company I had bought most from - Verbaudet - and even though it had no tags /packaging and been washed +ironed - they took it all back!!.
So glad I had bought a cream pram as a friend had tried to make me get pink trimmed one!
When I was in hospital neighbours went made in the sales for boys clothes!
Was a strange feeling - won't say a bereavement as that's ott but a loss all the same. Ds was beautiful and slept through the night from a couple of weeks old. I joked it was compensation for the shock - but never was a disappointment...

That looks like what both of our girls looked like!
