Dating pregnancy confusion help needed

Hiya
So I found out last wednesday that I'm pregnant. Called the doctor and the receptionist said they dont book you in with the doctor they just take info and midwife will contact in due course. Now what is confusing me is they want to know how many weeks I am or more specifically the date of my last period. I had the implant for 5 years have had it removed and not had a period since august but found out I was pregnant a week ago. Now I know myself the date of conception as was tracking ovulation etc so I'm just over 2 weeks pregnant. But I know the doctors usually add 2 weeks on don't they? So do I tell the midwife I'm 2 week or 4 weeks ? Confused.com lol

You should say you think you’re about 4 weeks (and if they ask you can explain the circumstances). You’ll get an adjusted due date from the 12 week scan anyway, so the date at the moment is just to make sure you can get that scan within the right timeframe for screening.
