Swollen ankles - any ideas?

I'm five and a half months pregnant with my second child and have, until now, been able to avoid swollen ankles. However, in the last couple of days, they've got really puffy. Not really sure why as I haven't done anything different in the last 2 days and it's not been that hot.

I had swollen ankles with dd who was born in July so to be expected being v heavily pregnant in the middle of summer. I was hoping to avoid it this time with a winter baby but alas, no.

Last time I think I just put my feet up but I wondered if anyone had any other bright ideas?
