1 month in... happy! Is there anything I should be doing?
I’ve seen a doctor, booked in for a midwife when the time is ready.

I’m so excited I just feel like I’m not really doing anything?

What was the first things people started doing when they found out?

Oh and I’ve got the most excruciating pains in my back and neck... and morning sickness already... any remedies?

Take vitamins. Read about the food you need to avoid on the nhs website.

Pains where about in your back? Excruciating pains in your back is not normal at any stage in pregnancy.

Agree with PP - get on a good multivitamin with folic acid asap.

Ginger is good for mild morning sickness/nausea - however I can't even look at ginger beer anymore as it reminds me of those days so much! Eat small, regular meals, check what you can and can't eat. Rest, you'll probably be exhausted like you've never been in a couple of weeks. And enjoy!! It is a strange time, too early to really tell anybody but your whole world has monumentally shifted.

I would maybe speak to someone about the pains in your back/neck as I've never known that to be normal during early pregnancy... other than that yes take vitamins and just chill :) xx
