Constipation cramps

Hi, need some advice.

I am just approaching 6 weeks pregnant. Since about a week & a half ago I've been having what feels like intense constipation cramps which have been coming & going as they please & gradually getting worse in intensity. I have been struggling to go to the toilet, it feels very blocked up in there. I ended up at the urgent treatment centre (walk in centre) the other day because I was doubled over in pain, rocking back & forth & these cramps would not budge.. felt like someone was giving Chinese burns to my intestines!! 😳 I was sweating profusely & threw up because of the pain! Anyway, doctor sent me home because as I wasn't bleeding or in any sort of pain at the time he saw me, it obviously wasn't anything urgent..
these have been affecting my daily & have had me up & down several times throughout the night in absolute agony. Bought some lactulose the other day hoping that may relieve any blockages I have but it hasn't! 🙁 spoke to the pharmacist today in hopes he could offer a solution but because I'm pregnant he won't suggest anything & has instead suggested I wait until Monday & call my GP, or ring 111 again which is what I did the other day. I suffer from IBS so I'm hoping it is due to that & not pregnancy related :/ has anyone else suffered severe cramps like this in early pregnancy??

I suffer from IBS and have had terrible constipation I'm 13 weeks some days I'm doubled over in pain yesterday was a bad day but managed to go and get some relief try some prune juice prunes eat extra fibre in your diet go for half hour walk each day just remember u need more fibre as your normal intake will go to baby first so you need extra especially suffering with ibs go to gp Monday as they can give movicol and other laxatives/stool softeners hope you feel better soon
