Hello,

I am coming up to 6 weeks pregnant now, I have been experiencing cramping so my foot referred me to my local EPU for a scan, the scan showed a sac and yolk sac clearly and the tech said that all looked healthy and as it should for an early Pregnancy... me being me (a worrier) was expecting to see a heartbeat but I know it’s early (5weeks 6 days).

My worry is that I’m still experiencing this cramping and my breast soreness has lessened than before..... is this normal? I am so worried!!!

Cramping/pains are totally normal during pregnancy dont forget everything is starting to stretch and move about so dont worry yourself over it unless its accompanied by Bleeding. Yes 5+6 is too early to see a heartbeat your more likely to see after 7 weeks... pregnancy symptoms can also come and go so dont read too much into the fact your breasts ain't hurting as much either try to relax xx

Hi, im 5 weeks 4 days and have all sorts of cramps and one min my boobs ache the next they're fine, I've googled and read sooo many things since i found out but from what I understand unless its really bad pain and bleeding then all is normal at this stage. Good luck with your pregnancy

Could be everything stretching out. Don't worry about lack of symptoms. I had no symptoms what so ever until about 16 weeks when j bad sore boobs for a week. Then that was it. I only had heartburn from 24-38 weeks.
With the HB I think it's usually 7-8 weeks.
I'm also a worrier and you worry all through your pregnancy and once DC are here 🙈

Thank you so much for your replies, it is so lovely to be able to express concerns and have such lovely responses.

As this is my first pregnancy I don’t know what is normal and what is not so it’s all just one big worry!

I’m forever worrying that I will find blood when ever I go to the toilet but I’m sure we all share that worry.

People have told me that we are more likely to experience a successful pregnancy than not but I worry worry worry!

Thank you again lovely ladies and good luck wishes to you also xx
