Is this early labour or a silly me?

I'm having tightening pains across my tummy.

I am 17+0. They are fairly mild but seemed to have got slightly more intense within the last half hour.

Could it be early labour?

Could it be Braxton Hicks? Try and stay in bed today and hope they ease off?

They could be Braxton Hicks, drink lots of water, being dehydrated can make them worse and get lots of rest
