I'm new on here and have had a look but can only find old posts on this subject.
I'm 17-18 weeks. I gained a lot very quickly in the first trimester (22lbs) from going off most healthy food.
I've been doing slimming world online the past two weeks after it being agreed by my midwife and lost 9lbs so now back down a bit 14st 3lbs at 5'7 (still size 14).
Currently 13lbs over my pre preg weight.
I eat when i'm hungry and super healthily - bran, eggs, fruit, veg, stir fry, fish, meat, pots, pasta etc and a biccy or something small in the evening. I don't feel i'm restricted.
I just wondered if anyone else had done slimming world during pregnancy and lost weight? As my BMI is 29/30 it recommends a stone gain over the 9 months but I would rather get back to just 7lbs over as I wasn't exactly slim to begin with.
Any experiences with this would be great!
