So I am exactly 5 weeks pregnant and up until last night I hadn't felt that bad, sore boobs, bloated, bit emotional and the odd cramp but last night after work (I work with small children) I got home and since then I've had mild-moderate period pain in my lower back and slightly in my lower abdomen (no bleeding at all) I also feel sick, shivery and like I've been hit by a bus all over night 
is this normal? I'm really worrying something is wrong, should I call my GP?
