I just got my bfp yesterday. I thought I was completely out for September because I had what I thought was a period from October 1-7. Very light and strange but for the heck of it took a pregnancy test which shows 3+ weeks pregnant. I’m so happy but I’m having a lot of cramps and it scares me. I desperately want this to be a healthy pregnancy. What do y’all think?

Congratulations!

Cramps are normal - try not to worry. I had loads all throughout my first pregnancy and everything turned out fine.

My midwife said random aches, pains, cramps early on is quite normal. Unless you are bleeding or curled up in pain don't worry. If pain lasts a few days go to GP.

(I did have left sides random pain for a few days, went to gp, got sent for early scan, everything fine)

Congratulations. Remember the odds are on your side, its much more likely to be fine than not.

As others have said unless accompanied by bleeding pains/cramps are perfectly normal congratulations xx

Thank you so much ladies. This gives me a little comfort. We tried to get pregnant for so long. My DH and I were just laughing at how easy it was with our first. (He was an oops but the best oops ever!) much harder when you are actually trying.
