I'm 26 weeks and have had a lot of anxiety over the past couple of months. What has helped you bond with your bump?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm only 19 weeks and struggled at first but found finding out the sex of the baby helped as well as a sneak peak 4D scan as part of it. It was too early for a proper 4D but as part of the gender scan I had privately they flicked to 4D (probably to make you book one later on!) and I could see her little legs kicking so clearly and her hands grasping the cord.m so clearly. I felt like I had seen an actual baby.

Finding out the sex, and having her start kicking! The kicks are small enough at 24 weeks to be enjoyable, and are the first good part of being pregnant!!

The kicking is great - first kicks in the morning I always say good morning to the bump! Letting DH know if he's kicking so he can try to feel the movements too :)
