Awful headache at 5wks-help!

Since last night I’ve been having an awful headache specially left side of my temple and neck. I’ve been waking up a number of times a night I did take a couple of paracetamol but here I am now sat in a dark room trying to battle this awful headache that just won’t go.

I have also got fore head rub as well but but nothing seems to be working. I’m trying to drink lots of water.

Is there anything else I could try, it’s unbearable.

All you can do is rest really its awfull getting headaches during pregnancy as we can only take paracetamol try a cold flannel or something on your head.. also possibly back neck and keep as hydrated as possible xx
