Hi, I'm feeling exactly the same. I had a scan yesterday to tell me roughly how far I am (roughly 7 weeks) they said they couldn't say exactly how far at that point as I don't know dates and they said it's too early to say. But I'm constantly exhausted, feeling sick, headaches, dizzy etc. Hoping it stops very soon.

Today has been the worst day so far. X

CoffeeAndCarbs · 16/10/2019 14:53

Hi Ladies,

Sorry you are feeling so rough. Can I please ask when you started feeling this way? I am only 4+6 today so know I'm really early on but the only symptoms I've had so far is wind, peeing more and tender nipples (only when I press against them).

95% of me is dreading the nausea, headaches, etc. Kicking in but the other 5% wants some sign that I actually am pregnant (other than countless positive pregnancy tests) 🙈 x

Keha · 16/10/2019 23:16

I started feeling crap about 6 weeks. Nothing really before then. Started quite suddenly and I was like.. Woah, here we go! Was awful for about a month. For me exhaustion and indigestion worst bit, never threw up but didn't want to eat anything. Got better very quickly about 10 weeks - think I was lucky. Can't advise coping mechanisms really. My work was understanding, I was highly unproductive for a while! Was meant to be decorating house but just gave up and slept instead. It will get better, just look after yourself. Go to GP/midwife if you feel like your really struggling, especially if throwing up/not eating/losing weight. Good luck!

okokokthen · 17/10/2019 08:06

@CoffeeAndCarbs it started at around 6 weeks for me so only in the last couple of weeks but yesterday was by far the worst yet. I feel sick if I'm hungry but then don't fancy any food but have to force myself to eat something otherwise I end up being sick. Ginger biscuits helped, but only for one day. The rest of the time I can't stomach more than one biscuit so it isn't helping.

Hopefully you won't get it too bad as it can be horrendous. I remember my last pregnancies sickness feeling much worse than this, I was sick every day even whilst on the school run some times 🤢

CoffeeAndCarbs · 17/10/2019 09:18

@okokokthen Aaaaah, thanks for getting back to me.

This is my fear! I can deal with pain (to an extent), feeling tired, needing the loo a lot, etc. but the one thing I can't bear is feeling sick 🙈 I've always been terrible with nausea, it cripples me so I'm REALLY hoping that I'm one of the lucky ones who doesn't suffer too badly 🤞🏼

I can't imagine feeling so ill and having other children to look after. I really hope it's short lived for you x

okokokthen · 17/10/2019 09:26

@CoffeeAndCarbs yep sickness really is the worst. But if you eat as soon as you wake up I've found that helps. Today my partner brought me breakfast in bed, I literally opened my eyes two minutes before I was presented with breakfast haha! But it helped I haven't felt sick today thank god. X

Boymummy3 · 17/10/2019 09:45

They say once you get to 9 weeks then you will start to feel better. Unfortunately some women dont and go through full pregnancy this way and some dont get any symptoms and feel absolutely amazing lol. My sickness eased off in early pregnancy but the fatigue is still here I'm 25+4 and constantly exhausted. Fingers crossed for you that you feel better soon xx

CoffeeAndCarbs · 17/10/2019 09:47

@okokokthen Aww, what a guy 👌 I'm glad that's done the trick! Thanks for the tip, I'll make sure I have some light, carby snacks in my bedside drawer for when I feel the slightest hint of nausea creep in. Alternatively I'll set DHs alarm for a little earlier so that I can get the okokokthen treatment 😊 x

mumofftwo · 17/10/2019 09:50

I'll be five weeks tomorrow and part from sore boobs and a head ache and feeling tired and that fact I dont want anything sweet to eat nothing with my first two I had sickness by now I'm sure a did

flissity · 17/10/2019 12:31

Hi! I am 8+2.
I feel so so so rough . My symptoms probably started about 6 weeks?
This is my list :)
-- Sore massive boobs
low level constant nausea, if I even get a tiny bit hungry I feel sick. ---Have to eat regularly, like every hour lol.
--DH brings me special K Red Berries in the morning with a jug of milk as I can't handle them soggy!
--Only want to eat carbs - this is veeeerrry unlike me!! carbs= bloated stomach
--Headache on and off
-- Stomach and digestion is completely not normal for me ...
-- The worst thing is the tiredness. Its awful, i have literally given up doing anything i used to like doing! and do the bare minimum Sad

But last Thursday-Saturday I had time off from all the above and actually felt ok! Came back with a vengeance Sunday.

Weirdly, today I don't feel as tired, but still nauseas.
Perhaps the baby lets me off Thursdays?? lololol

Chez13 · 17/10/2019 13:00

@flissity im the exact same ! And the thought of meat is making me completely heave 🤢 i cant eat anything with salt as it tastes like 1000x stronger than usual ! Its horrible all i wanna do as i said i eat sour sweets , im extremely tired cant be bothered with a anything or anyone honestly 🤦🏼‍♀️ yeah maybe your baby doesnt like a Thursday 😂 x

Hi ladies,
I'm 6 weeks + 5,
I guess you could say I've been quite "lucky" in that I haven't gotten any nausea or sickness (yet)
I'm very tired, I get to about lunchtime & I could sleep for days. Very thirsty, sore boobs especially at night.

okokokthen · 17/10/2019 13:45

Sounds like all these things are very common in early pregnancy then. I'm exhausted constantly. Even from the moment I wake up 😂 feel like I've not slept at all each night and I've been going to bed at half 7 because I'm that tired. So far I have eaten 3 big meals today to make me feel ok which has worked but I can feel my stomach feeling achey and weird at the moment.

Hikari92 · 17/10/2019 13:56

I'm the same roughly about 6 weeks (not sure I understand the whole dating thing yet with the +4 thing) I'm nauseous on and off all day, I can't eat big meals without feeling sick so I've taken to almost having half meals throughout the day which seems to help. I've been going to bed every night at 9 this week which is very early for me then I'm up at the crack of dawn. I've also began burping alot which is something I never do and it's very annoying.

flissity · 17/10/2019 15:09

@Hikari92 I’ve realised that plenty of smaller meals/snacks is way better than big meals.

flissity · 17/10/2019 15:10

I will probably regret it shortly but just eaten a Crunchie and a Double Decker 🙊🙊
I just get these strong feelings that I fancy something. I have got a busy afternoon/evening with kids clubs so I need the energy 😬

Jellybott · 17/10/2019 18:16

@Chez13 I've been craving sour sweets too, I've also found sipping on those Innocent smoothies pretty good, preferably very cold. The green ones with things like kiwi and lime in are best. Not something I'd usually buy but at least you get some fruit that way.

BeautyAndTheBump1 · 17/10/2019 19:00

I had sore nipples from 4+1 & increased peeing from 4+4.
5+4 I felt like I got hit by a train and started with all day sickness & extreme nausea 🤮
Hospitalised at 6+5 for IV fluids - since the fluids I've been sick 2-3 times a day, had nausea but not extreme like I can actually lift my head off the pillow
7+6 today and I had diarrhoea yesterday which has obviously dehydrated me because today I cant seem to keep any food or fluids down 🤮

Also started feeling exhausted the last few days, yesterday I went to bed at 9:15 (normally more of a 11:30 person)

Yay first trimester 🤣 half way through!

flissity · 17/10/2019 19:28

Beauty.... sounds like you’ve had such a tough time.
Shows how different the sickness/nausea is for different people. I have such a bloated stomach from the amount I am eating (the shame🤣) But its the only way for me to stop the sick feeling.

Is this your first or do you have other DC to look after too? This is my 3rd .. but my girls are 7 and 10 so can fend for themselves to some degree!

Chez13 · 17/10/2019 20:21

I feel the exact same the tiredness is on another level, will defo try the smoothies i think because I really cant get enough of them mango and pinapple iced smoothies from mcs really bad craving and obv my sour sweets , oh and not to mention my boobs are agony the sorest they have ever been and this is my 3rd pregnancy 🤰 x

Woken up totally knackered today, boobs are killing me and could barely eat half a bagel :( everything just seems to annoy me today as well, my husband was chewing loudly and I was wondering how I could successfully knock him unconscious with the other half of my bagel. Something tells me I'm going to be a nightmare today.

Chez13 · 18/10/2019 10:57

@Hikari92 hahaha thats made me lol !! My moods are all over the place 😂 totally feel you love ! This first trimester has alot to answer for lolol x
