Really struggling to eat anything relatively healthy. I'm 15 weeks and struggled with sickness since day one and can only manage basic plain carbs... mainly chips! I'm taking my multivitamins but starting to worry that it's going to make baby and me unhealthy from lack of nutrients and greens ☹️ any advice?

It will pass, I swear! Eat what you can manage while you feel rubbish, when you start to feel better your body will balance things out - both pregnancies as soon as the constant nausea eased I just wanted to eat fruit and vegetables, up until that point it had been crisps and McDonald's. Hope you feel better soon

Yep just go with it - it will pass! I put on the majority of my overall weight (although 34 weeks so still time) in my first trimester thanks to the beige diet! All balanced out by about 16 weeks, I had forgotten what a vegetable looked like!!!
