Symptoms of Twin pregnancy?

Just wondering if any mothers of twins had any particular feelings or symptoms that they were having twins before their dating scan? I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant but the nausea, exhaustion and achy boobs are much much worse than in my previous 2 pregnancies. I have an awful taste in my mouth, am very dizzy, have a ridiculous amount of ear wax (odd symptoms present in previous pregnancies) but all these symptoms are much more severe than before. Could that mean anything? I've an early scan at about 6.5 weeks due the end of next week. Would twins be visible at that point?

If it’s a twin pregnancy you will know at 6.5 weeks. My last pregnancy was twins, I knew before they scanned me. Unfortunately one twin was smaller than the other and stopped growing at about 8 weeks. It’s called disappearing twin syndrome and it very common.
