Freaking out over Clear Blue

Hi guys, please help me out here. So my last period was was 9th September, took a test Thursday and it was positive. Took a clear blue today and it came up 1-2 weeks which according to their leaflet means i am 3-4 weeks but i'm 5 weeks. I know we conceived on the 26th September but according to the leaflet my HCG levels are below 153 which is just too low for how far along i am supposed to be. I'm very worried! I know when i ovulated and conceived without a doubt so what could be happening?

HCG levels are different for every woman so don't worry too much about them, as long as they are doubling I wouldn't look too much into them. Congratulations on your pregnancy x

Get your hcg measured 48 hours apart to see if it is doubling. It is the relative rather than absolute number that is important. Good luck!

I am also 5 weeks pregnant (last period was 10th September). I found out quite early (9dpo) with an IC and confirmed with a FRER. I have taken some ICs since and the line was definitely getting darker, until last Friday when I took one and the line was fainter. I completely panicked and took another about 2 hours later which was the darkest yet. Given everything I know about using FMU for the strongest concentration and a 2 hour hold not being long enough, it makes no logical sense that the tests would read this way but for whatever reason, the concentration of HCG clearly fluctuates more than we realise.

Sorry to hear about your precious MC. Are they sending you for an early scan because of it?

I took a 25ml IC on the 4th and got a very unclear + i retested with a 20ml cheapy straight after (wasn't my FMU) and got a very clear negative and put the + down to eager line eyes and maybe an evap line! Period was due Monday so tested again Thursday with IC and got a + I went straight out and bought a CB (25ml) and got a + so i know my HCG was doubling so it should of gotten over the 153 needed to get a 2-3 week result on the CB i took today.

They're not sending me for an early scan, i have one booked in privately on the 24th (earliest i could get to work around DP work) it feels like months away though and my anxiety is through the roof about it all!
