I'm currently 8w pregnant with DC2 and my DS is 2.5. I'm not being sick but just feel SOOOO tired and dizzy a lot and am struggling to get up and do anything.

I'm a SAHM at the moment and we're watching WAY too much TV. I try to get out to a playgroup/library/park every morning but by afternoon I'm hardly able to get off the couch.

Just feel so guilty - esp as DS loves telly and I worry he's not getting enough exercise.

Anyone else had this? Any tips? I'm hoping my energy returns in the 2nd trimester!

Hey dont worry yourself over it,
why not set up some games in the house for him... roll a ball back and too towards each other, build some towers with lego/blocks, let him.use cushions off the couch to build a den. Let him watch telly if that's what he likes doing. I dont think in the past 25 weeks I've left the house more than a handful of times we mainly stay in but the kids just do what they enjoy doing. Have you a partner that can take him the park or family or something I totally get where your coming from I'm the same I drop kids off at school/nursery come home and within the hour il so tired again... then I spend the afternoon with my ds2 and count down the hours till husband is home so I can go sleep lol it's so draining. Fingers crossed for you that you get some well needed energy soon xx
