Has anyone tried it? I'm getting so fed up hobbling around and I've still got 3 months to go. I had a sports massage last week which helped a bit but it didn't last long.

I have acupuncture with my physio quite regularly. There are certain things they can't do when pregnant ie no needles in the lumber area as that can cause contractions.

I find acupuncture and deep tissue massage really help me and highly recommend it. Please find a physio or specialist that knows about pregnancy and what's safe though :) x

Thanks moonstone, I think I'm a bit too scared and I'll stick to the massage, and as much sitting down as I can!

I've struggled with a bad back since I was a teenager. I got the most relief from weekly pilates and regular sports massages. It can take a few close together to get rid of the worst of the pain then you can go less frequently for maintenance. I haven't done any exercise for 15 weeks now and my back is killing so I'm going for a pregnancy massage this week.
Hope you get some relief xx
