Hello
Currently 31 weeks pregnant, all okay health wise apart from low iron which I am being treated for. Have a two year old at home but she sleeps well so no problems from that angle.
Me however
I am getting around 4 hours sleep a night...if I'm lucky! I'm so tired now and it's starting to have an impact on my day. I'm being kept awake by a strange tingling sensation in my feet and arms it's so uncomfortable!
Midwife doesn't know what it could be and doesn't seem concerned at all. Please has anyone got any tips on how I can get a better night sleep? I've tried pillow spray and taking paracetamol when I'm particularly uncomfortable.
