Hi,

Just looking for reassurance. I had started spotting around 2 weeks ago, went for an early scan at EPU, measured at 6 weeks with a heartbeat detected. The next day the spotting was brighter red, still only coming out when I was weeing and not a lot, had a second emergency scan a few days later, baby still fine, she advised it was too early to say anything and that anything could happen. A week later I am still spotting from bright red to brown every time I go to the toilet. Next scan is in 10 days 😔 my boobs don’t feel sore but I am wondering if they ever did. Any advice would be great xx

I spotted around week 5 for a while, only ever when I peed- sometimes red, sometimes brown. I had a scan at week 7 and the dr found a little lesion (around 0.5mm) in my uterus that explained it. If it's not 'heavier than a period' or accompanied by cramps that need painkillers, we're not supposed to worry (though of course we do!).

It sounds like it's fine Flowers
