I feel like I've done 100 crunches my tummy muscles ache so much and that my bump is literally about it pop, the skin is so tight!
I've tried sitting on the sofa with lots of cushions, no cushions, lying down on my right side & left side. Sitting up straight, sitting on a birthing ball but nothing seem to relieve the tension in my bump.
It's not painful just very uncomfortable and I can't even enjoy Strictly
any advice or tips would be really appreciated!
