Do pains get worse with each pregnancy?

5 weeks with baby #3 and I have been getting awful pains around the left side of my uterus and ovary. They come and go in intensity and the EPU reassured me that ectopic would really only start to get painful around 7 weeks. I thought it could be a cyst. Booked in for early scan next week when I'm 6 weeks. But just wondering if aches and pains do just feel worse with each pregnancy?

Everything is stretching and growing so its probally that. I'm.on number 3 now and my pains started early on.. not as early as 5 weeks buy alot sooner than they did with the others x

It's tough, and so hard not to worry. But good to know that this is normal. I usually get bad morning sickness but that hasn't started yet. As daft as it sounds, I kind of wish it would! Would reassure me a bit. Hope you both get some relief soon!
