Hi, was just wondering if someone could help me, this is my first pregnancy so I'm not really sure what to expect! I'm 36 weeks and about 4/5 days ago my bump dropped I've been getting period like cramps for well over a week now but they seem to go and come back but only last 10 minutes at a time. I've also been needing to pee a lot more ( 8/9 throughout the night) Last night I was woken up with really bad lower back pain and really strong cramps that lasted for over 20 minutes, then I had the urge to go to the toilet, I then had really bad diarrhoea (sorry) after I had been to the toilet the cramps stopped almost straight away. Anyone know of this is normal? Or if it's a sign labour is near?
