5th C-section worries...

Is there anyone out there who has had 5 c-sections?

I'm 23 weeks now and my mind has turned to adhesions and bladder cuts, blocked intestines and all the other stuff Google throws at me!😫

I had a locum consultant " chat" at 20 weeks, which was short and unhelpful. " We will scan you at 28 and 32 weeks. Goodbye".

Just looking for reassurance or prewarning about why I'm having extra scans...

im having my 4th january. im not worried. They checked at 20 week scan for scar tissue, placenta place ect.... and im also having scans 28/32/36 too. but not for c-section worries, for growth, although they do check each time to check c-section scarring. im having my tubes tied this time too. id stay away from google. if your consultant wasnt concerned, i wouldnt be too.

@bessie84 Thank you. That's a sensible way of approaching it! Consultant didn't say anything other than extra scan at 28 and 36 weeks. Didn't say why though. Saw a new midwife on Monday and boy did she give me a disapproving look when she read my previous c-section history. Also considering having tubes tied!!😂
