Hi all,
I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and for the past two weeks I've had the worst nausea, never actually being sick but come quite close. Have gone off all food and most drinks, everything is turning my stomach, morning night and day and it's horrendous.

Anybody got any remedies that's helped them? Is this normal?

Thanks x

Mints really helped me and chewing gum some people swear by ginger but I hate it so couldn't bare it!

Yep as @GlitterSparkle85 said mints! My personal choice was the soft mints... nice to have something to chew on. Kept a bag in my pocket at work and it go me through the day just about.
Another one I had and others have told me about is salt and vinegar crisps. Snacking little and often rather than trying to force yourself to have full meals as well.
Hopefully it should pass in a few weeks!

Good luck! x

Hi.
I’m sorry you’re feeling so poorly and I feel your pain! Ive been having acupuncture, it’s worked a treat and really eased things. X

Salt and vinegar crisps, spearmint mints and orange juice helped a bit. Also found myself eating a lot of green apples and pineapple. I was feeling and being sick everyday up until 15 weeks, then I went on a plane and I am currently on holiday and haven’t been sick once and have only felt the tiniest bit nauseous today. It was like someone had flicked a switch. Hoping it doesn’t come back when I come home this weekend but I do find my house smells repulsive to me at the moment (we are having lots of building work, so paint, plaster and dust is all I can smell) so I am not holding my breath that this is the end of it :(
