Birth choice clinic

Hi,

I am attending a Birth choice clinic tomorrow as I have previously had a C section, and have expressed that I would like another one this time round.

Has anyone been to one of these, and what were your experiences? Is it just a general chat outlining the positives of giving birth naturally or is it a bit pushy and trying to talk you out of a c section? Hoping it's just a nice chat!!

Thanks

Yes.lady was very understanding and told me it's my choice referred me to a consultant who outlined benefits of VBAC to me kinda pushy but told me I have time to decide on the next appointment my consultant was off saw a fantastic doctor re-explained everything to her she booked my section there and then. Had to be referred to a doc after a scan showed baby on large size she went on and on and on to push me for a VBAC despite me telling her why when I'm booked in? So bar one person had a really good experience as long as you are clear from the beginning and stand your ground. My midwife was great about it too.
Day was really calm knew we may have to wait due to other ladies with emc but we were prepared for that watched a few eps of programmes together and before we knew it we were called first(despite not arriving first!) Very positive experience for me!
