Sweet smell down there

I'm 32+5 and for the past few days I've noticed that when I go to the loo, everything down there smells quite sweet but not foul..? I don't have any particularly heavy discharge and I don't feel like I'm leaking anything.. any ideas?

When was last you had a urine test?have you been eating anything particularly sweet?

@GlitterSparkle85 I've had two this week! I wouldn't say my diet has changed either

That's strange then?maybe mention it to your MW could be heightened smell?x
