Help with stretch and sweep.

I’m 40 weeks and 1 day, had a sweep this morning and I’ve had constant period pain since.
She said I was 1 cm and that the sweep was favourable. I’ve also had quite bad diarrhoea (tmi sorry). The aches aren’t getting worse just constant really.
Any advice anyone?

I ended up with three sweeps and a longish walk after each, before giving birth at 40+5.

But period pains sound like you might not have to wait that long.

Lots of walking, lounging in the bath, relaxing and take another sweep if it’s offered. Good luck!
