Mould spraying when pregnant

Hi all ,
I just mould sprayed one of the rooms in my house didn't think anything of it , looked on the internet and it said that it can harm your baby when pregnant.

Do you think I will be okay ? I don't do this regularly.

I did this without realising I was pregnant. I was only about 4 weeks along and used mould spray in a bedroom. Open the windows and make sure you get proper air circulation but I'm sure it will be fine. Get someone else to clean it off if you can so you're not breathing in the fumes or dealing with the mould spores. I was okay but made sure I didn't do it again!

Ahh thankyou , I went for a walk afterwards and had the window open up there for a few hours now

Defiantly won't be doing it again xx
