Went for 36 week scan today and it’s showing reduced growth velocity for her femur length. I’m now freaking out massively about dwarfism or similar. Has anyone else had this?

Honestly it's so late in the day I wouldn't worry - presumably you've been having regular scans, if baby wasn't a dwarf 4 weeks ago it won't be now.

Last scan was 30 weeks and it was in normal range.

Try not to worry, there's absolutely nothing that'll be changed by you worrying anyhow.
