Ooh although you've been pregnant before as you know all pregnancies are different I'd call the labour ward for advice All the best

Shaunieh95 · 08/10/2019 23:33

I'm exactly the same as this I had them with DS1 however this time they are so intense and the pressure they come with is awful, it's hard however do try to walk through them, I'd say hot bath however this makes my baby extra active which causes them even more 😂🙈. Not too long to go now op good luck xx

kkl1 · 09/10/2019 19:51

I was never brave enough to feel but usually you can feel if they are by gently feeling your bump
Both pregnancies I had baby back to back 2nd pregnancy I had Elective section so didn't really have a labour.
First baby overdue so really felt belly tightening almost contracting at times in later stages.obv I'm no midwife just sounds similar to what you're saying next appointment see if she can tell you x

kkl1 · 09/10/2019 22:27

Yer I'm gonna ask her as they are gettin worse there more worse in the evening then at night tbh I wouldn't have a clue on what I'm feeling for lol xx

Same DH used to be really good at telling me(he used to watch midwives pressing my belly)and would do so without any discomfort!yeh same used to be worse in evening time for some strange reason too please check in with her if youre really concerned or in real discomfort one thing for one person could be a complete diff thing for another xx

GlitterSparkle85 · 11/10/2019 07:47

My midwife told me the contractions I've been feeling since ~15 weeks are Braxton Hicks, and that they are worse if you're dehydrated - co could see if some water helps?
If ever in doubt though, consult your medical professionals!

GlitterSparkle85 · 14/10/2019 11:50

No problem bless you not long to go now!Hope you feel better soon xx

everytimerickysayscuntIlaugh · 14/10/2019 12:31

Braxton Hicks shouldn't be painful and should go away with movement etc. Sounds more like you may have an irritable uterus.

kkl1 · 14/10/2019 20:43

It feels like I've got such a long time left still lol still 6 weeks 5 days lol not that's I'm
Counting Grin

Ooh I never thought of a irritable uterus I'll speak to my midwife when I see her next week

And I drink loads like I litterly don't stop maybe it's not anoth and I just think I am I'll try and drink some more

Thank you every one x
