Feeling so run down

I've been away for the past week and been on my feet and walking lots. Not managed to drink loads or eat very healthy due to sickness.

Woke up today and I feel so run down and exhausted. Do you think I should go see my GP? Or just try to sleep it off. I'm 14 weeks

No suggestions as I'm feeling pretty much the same. I'm in bed by 7:30pm every night lately and feel so sick throughout the day. Look like rubbish as it's clearly taking all my energy so I can feel your pain.

I think it's all just part of pregnancy to be honest as I remember feeling like this during my last pregnancy and it does eventually stop.

Only based on my experience I recall feeling like this during the first trimester and the beginning of the second - growing a foetus is exhausting and you have a lot going on inside you.

A good pregnancy multivitamin May be helpful and you definitely should see the GP or your midwife if you are concerned at all just to make sure that you haven’t got any deficiencies or other underlying health issues that can arise during pregnancy (eg gestational diabetes) which would need to be controlled.

How were your iron levels at booking appt? At this stage of pregnancy placenta is taking over so lots of change happening. Might be a worth a call to midwife to discuss and put your mind at rest though.
