Advice on car seat

I've recently bought my pushchair (comes as travel system too), however the car seat which i have I'm a little unsure about. It's the simplicity car seat from silver cross, and it states that it's suitable from group 0+ birth to 29lbs. Does this mean that I need to buy a newborn insert for it or is it suitable without one?

I'm just a tad confused😬
Thanks!!

They have a newborn insert inside. Just like a little foam pillow that you can take out

Not all seats have a newborn insert. It's already suitable from birth

I've just seen that you can buy one separately. Looks like a head hugger type thing
