I gave birth 11 weeks ago and I’m breast feeding. I had what seemed to be a heavy period for 4 days.. it started very heavy and ended all of a sudden. I have had no period like symptoms at all.. no ache or pains would never know I was in period except for bleeding. My lochia bleeding gradually stopped and finished at about 6 weeks. Is it possible that this wasn’t a period?
