I really need help with foods to help control my hunger.
I'm eating meals and feel full then I'm STARVING within the hour. I just need some suggestions of some easy go to snacks. The thought of junk food is making me feel sick, but I also cant bare the thought of fruit. I'm eating lots of veg with my meals, so I am getting some healthy food.
I just need ideas of okayish snacks. Ive been trying to eat low cal dry biscuits, and popcorn etc.
As soon as I'm hungry, I feel sick and start heaving, so I really need to control it.
