Hi, first post here and wondering if any one can help.
I've always had odd irregular periods that can come two weeks apart to six wees apart, they are usually pretty heavy but relativity short. Since June me and my partner have been trying to conceive but are having no luck, nearing the end of July i had the shortest and lightest period I've ever had. Since then I've had none, I have done pregnancy tests most come back negative but some start off as negative and then change to have the faintest line ever. I'm having typical pregnancy symptoms and family are convinced I am but always negative results. I'm just wondering if anyone else has been through similar and what the outcome was. I have a doctors appointment on Monday and hoping to get some answers there, but just so confused with what my body is doing :(

Have you downloaded the Flo app? You can add and enter when you have your period and when you have sex and symptom details and it will tell you your ovulation dates etc. Make help if Monday doesn't give you answers x

If the pregnancy tests start out negative and then a faint positive appears, I would say that it's an evaporation line (this gives false positives once the tests been used and left longer than the time stated & needed for an accurate result. Hope that makes sense?).

I don't have any experience with this so can't offer any advice on that front but do have PCOS which means sometimes I can go long periods of time without a period. I'd suggest looking up the symptoms of this/asking to be tested for it as well as asking for a blood test to confirm/rule out pregnancy.

Good luck Smile
