Pregnant after misscarrying

Hi I'm new on here and just wanted some advice or to hear some peoples stories that have been in the same situation.

I mc a little over 3 week ago, had an early scan everything fine and good strong heartbeat for at 9 week to lose it, when we went to the hospital we were told the mc was "complete". I did a test a few days later and negative. I was suffering from awful morning sickness whilst pg and the same day as the bleeding started I told my boyfriend I didn't 'feel' pg anymore and everything just stopped suddenly. Me and my boyfriend started ttc again soon as the bleeding stopped about 2 week ago. I now have horrible nausea, so dizzy I have to stop what I'm doing and sit down and awake all night ( just like before).
The first time I thought I was pregnant from what turned out to be just under 2 weeks I thought I was further along with how early it started and bad I felt, I did 8 tests the week I got a pos as I just just feel that I was pg but was getting neg tests. I feel the exact same now I would bet my house on being pg again but still getting neg at the min.
Has anyone else got pregnant again so quick after mc?
Has anyone else had their symptoms come back after mc after nothing for 3 week and negative test?

I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks on the 14th August. I’m now pregnant again and didn’t have a period in between. I’m pretty sure I ovulated on either the 30th or 31st August so I did fall pregnant really quickly after the miscarriage.

@iwanttomoooove thanks yes it does help. I just 'feel' like I am and have all the symptoms it's just soon and I know with me anyway (this will be my 3rd time trying) I seem to have symptoms from the second I fall pregnant and know I am long before a test confirms it. I just wanted to see if anyone else had conceived quickly and it's not just me wanting it that's making me feel all the symptoms.

I felt similar. I just sort of “knew” that I was pregnant even though I was getting negative tests.

I’m a bit worried about the viability of this pregnancy though as my sickness has stopped

Congratulations on your positive! I am 22 weeks now after a miscarriage in March, like you were tried again soon as bleeding stopped but didnt conceive again until the may.
Try and enjoy it as much as you can! Easier said than done I know, especially when I haven't and still aren't fully relaxed but keep telling yourself it's a new sperm and egg this time.
