In the middle of a shift at work and just had to spesk to one of my know it all colleagues who acts like a boss 😂😂 Anyways, after speaking to her I just burst down in tears. I have had a sore head all day and after crying i thought I was going to be sick! Haven't been sick at all during this pregnancy and I am 15 weeks.
Still feeling tearful - is it normal to have mini pms like breakdowns? My first pregnancy!

Very normal in my experience. I've cried over all sorts of ridiculous things. My dh tidied the laundry room after it had been a bit chaotic in there for a couple of days, and I burst into tears and sobbed at him. He thought I'd lost the plot. So yes, very normal.

Yep. I was walking around the supermarket doing my shopping minding my own business and the tears came out of nowhere! I worried and confused a few shoppers, it was quite embarrassing trying to explain that I felt absolutely fine just couldn't stop crying. Bizarre but yes it can happen. X

Totally normal. I remember Prince Edward on TV saying something about zebras ....it reduced me to tears. 🤔 I felt a right idiot.

Oh bless you. Your hormones are all over the place, it's normal! I found it way worse after baby was born, I often just sobbed for no reason at all!

Totally normal! I can't control my emotions when I eat particularly delicious food. So far I've cried whilst eating some iberico ham, mackerel and a chicken soup 😂

Oh yes. I'm sobbing several times a day! All sorts of things trigger it - adverts, people being nice/not nice, not being able to get my socks on, running out of bread...

I had a full on melt down, tears, sobbing and breathing funny the LOT over the lloyds advert with the 2 horses and some pasta my DP made. He thought i was crazy (probably am) it's normal :)

I've only just found out I'm pregnant and I just burst in to tears for no known reason. I think maybe the enormity of it all overwhelmed me.

In my previous pregnancies I remember crying because the woman behind me on a plane had her reading light on, because I wanted Chinese for dinner and at a clip of someone tying their laces on the intro for the London Marathon coverage.

Yep my husband knows I am extra teary (he calls me "tear factory") when pregnant.
I also cry reading the news, especially anything that tugs at heartstrings...

I'm the boss in my work and last week broke down infront of my entire team. It had been a long week, not feeling well and it just hit me Blush Fortunately everyone is very understanding.
I'm 26 weeks and expect it to happen a few more times before I leave for maternity!
