Third Trimester Fatigue

I am 31 weeks now so approaching the home stretch but was wondering if anyone else felt so tired all the time. I can sleep for 8-9 hours a night and still need a 3 hour nap in the afternoon, and I don’t have the energy to do anything even cook (which I loved to do before). I have nausea and sickness but am still able to eat and have been tested for difficiencies but this can’t be normal right?

Unfortunately, I think it is! I am 33 weeks with DC2 and feel exactly the same - I was with DD1 too. Some days are better than others, but 100% understand what you mean!

I'm 37+3 and I've felt the same as you from around the start of the third trimester too. I just can't seem to get enough sleep and by the afternoon I'm wiped out!
I also started with nausea and sickness in the third trimester, are you having heartburn at all? It was really disturbing my sleep and I was put on Omeprazole for the sickness and it changed overnight. Haven't been sick since. I'm still exhausted but not having to deal with nausea and sickness on top of that has made a massive difference. Really hope you feel better soon xx
