Uncomfortable 'down there'

I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant and getting a pain 'down there' every so often that is causing a slight waddle when I walk. It's been going for a few days now on and off.

I have been pregnant before but my waters broke at 21+0 and unfortunately baby was born 21+2. I had a similar pain in the last pregnancy and midwife said it was likely the start of SPD and to contact GP - that was the day before my waters broke.

At this stage, I have no idea what is normal and what isn't. Can anyone offer any advice or should I be (even more so) worried that it's happening again?

Call your midwife or labour ward for advice they may ask you to examine you. All the best x
