I've just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant after having a missed miscarriage in July!! I'm so excited but petrified at the same time I'm feeling quite achy and don't know if that's normal is anyone else going through this now is it normal? X

Firstly congratulations! There's a thread for June 2020 babies that might be useful as there's women around the same stage as you. I personally didn't feel achey but others may have.
