Does PGP get worse before labour?

I've been suffering with PGP for months. I'm 39+5, with my third baby, but I've never suffered with this much pain. I'm just wondering if anybody experienced more pain before they went into labour? Today I've not been able the get comfortable with it, even lying down I've got a constant pain. Could this mean something?

I had pgp with my DD. I went over with her and was induced due to reduced movements at 40+3 but in my last few weeks of being pregnant, I was in constant pain 24/7. It left me barely sleeping and pretty much sofa bound by the last week and a half. But everyone handles it differently.

It's all so worth it once you have that perfect little bundle in your arms! Sending Flowers to you.

Sorry to hear yours is bad. I don't have previous experience as this is my first pregnancy but I'm 34 weeks and finding the PGP is gradually getting worse the bigger I get. It really sucks! Hopefully you're right and it might be a sign that you'll meet your baby very soon Smile

Mine just gets worse and worse and I don't think it's a sign of labour. I just think it's because the further you get the more pressure is put on your body and what is expected of it.
I've had several days where it seems worse than others. Days I can't settle comfortably in ant position, but I'm still here with baby refusing to budge.
