WHY am I craving Ben and Jerrys icecream?

Have just been to the petrol station to buy some - and my word it was expensive, but oh so yummy!

What are you lot craving right now?!

How far are you JARM? am not really having cravings yet but am only 7 weeks lol

B&J was on offer at Tesco -half price

24+6 weeks, Asda had it at £2 a tub and im kicking myself for forgetting earlier!

Nowhere else was open but the petrol station!

just me with not so healthy cravings then!

I am craving fruit. I have at least two fruit salads a day and then sometimes have a massive plate of melon or something FOR DINNER. very healthy, but have also been craving coke and sprite... mainly as they ease my nausea for about 10 minutes. also have an unhgealthy addiction to chip buttys at the minute for the nihgts that i do eat dinner,

Fruit Pastel ice lollies mmmmmmmmm

Went to sainsburys to get some and had sold out! noooo, so made DP drive me over to Tescos as it had to be fruit pastel lollies and nothing else!

I just saw another thread about orange Calypso's now i will have to find one at lunch.

everything else i eat because i have to - but they are the things i WANT!!

I dont think i've truly had a craving of something that you just HAVE to have. Yeah sure, i've fancied stuff, but not really craved it.

Am i odd and weird and a total freak??

RGP - not at all, hardly craved anything at all with DD2, DD1 was roast potatoes!

I didn't have any cravings with DS either.

I think Mother Nature has failed me in my one excuse to be able to eat what i liked and then force my DP to get it for me at 3am. WHY????!!!!!! sobs uncontrollably

I tried unsuccessfully in my previous pregnancy and this one to get DH to get me things at 10 pm never mind 3 am .... alas no joy.

LOL mixedmama have very sceptical husband too! I don't have any specific cravings but loving stodgy food - bread and butter, treacle sponge and custard, cookie dough ice-cream...

i'm hooked on ice slushes and also cant get enough of sugar puffs cereal with warm milk mmm

hayley2u, Thats really weird as i'm too hooked on Cherry slush puppies and ice cubes!!!
The ladies that work in our local shop laugh when i go in as they know what i've gone in for before i even ask!

DH is exstatic that we have sausages in the house though LOL and have discovered that DD is a fan of them too so, I guess it's a good thing

Last time it was Twix bars and salt and vinegar rice cakes!
And DH did go out at 10pm on one occasion for Tiramisu, whcih he wont ever let go, and HE was the one who INSISTED on going out for it too, I just said I felt like having some :P Men eh?! LOL

I reeeeeeaaaaaaallllyyy want/need a cider lolly from the freezer in the shed (at the end of the garden) but DH won't go out there to get me one - humph!!!

Guess I'll have to brave the dark garden on my own and get it!

He doesn't drive and thinks it's hilarious that I can't make him go out in the wee hours of the night to get some sort of craving!!!!

Good thing it's all healthy!

I braved it on my own and made it! Grabbed a Solero (exotic fruity smoothy thing) while I was there and that was yummy too.

I want more now but I can guarantee he won't go out there!

kyala - i craved meat with ds

With DS and DD1 I had sausages and mash with thick bisto gravy all over it nearly every night!

Needless to say, its their favourite meal now!
