Are you doing the test with first morning urine?

It's also possible you didn't ovulate after that positive opk. Sometimes our body 'gears up' to ovulate (which would be detected on the opk) but then doesn't. You would then go on to gear up a few days later, which then may or may not be successful. Because an individual's luteal phase is pretty static, later ovulation leads to later af (if not pregnant) or bfp (if pregnant).

It's just a waiting game, I'm afraid...

Yes I'm testing morning urine also I had left pelvic pain for 3 days on and off about 10 days ago? Implantation..never had that pain before that why I was nearly convince I'm pregnant but test says otherwise..

I'm the same over here!! Period is 14 days late today. I had a tiny implantation bleed on the 20th September. I feel very pregnant. Cannot get more than a shadow of a line on the tests. Sad

At what point do you stop buying pregnacy tests and go to GP to get bloods taking.. Ya I really believe I'm expecting never been this late and I'm extremely tired

A gp will not be interested in seeing someone with negative tests and no period until at least the second or third missed period. It's because it's common.

That pelvic discomfort could have been ovulation.

If you're convinced you're pregnant, why don't you book in for a private early scan in a week or two?

Ya true.. the pain felt more like implantion this pain had it for 3 days on and off n3ver had pain like it before happened 7 days after my positive ovulation test..

Could be an ovarian cyst? I had one and it delayed my period/ was painful.

Livifol · 30/09/2019 11:10

Ya I'll just wait a little longer, the joys of being a woman thanks everyone

In both pregnancy ive never experienced implantation cramps bleeding or otherwise but I do get ovulation pain and occasional spotting could be because you're Late you're feeling it more...horrible when you are convinced you're pregnant had that was adamant I was but was just PMS and my mind wanting to be pregnant!just hold on a few days more for another test and go from there Good Luck!
