Could it be twins...?

Hi all, only confirmed BFP 2 days ago. AF isn’t due until Mon/Tues next week, but from 5dpo I was having extremely sore and sensitive nipples and a face full of spots. These are NOT typical AF symptoms at all for me which is why I tested so early. I got my original BFP 8dpo with afternoon urine and then confirmed with CBD test 2 days later (also with afternoon urine).

I have also started suffering from heartburn as of today. And I only ever have heartburn when I am pregnant (I have 2 other children already), but not until much later in pregnancy. Someone suggested it could possibly be twins if I have got BFP’s so early and esp. with a CBD test with afternoon urine and I started having pregnancy symptoms so early.

Has anyone here had/or are expecting twins? Can you share any experiences of early pregnancy with them? Particularly if you’ve only had singleton pregnancies before.

I got my bfp at 8dpo as well and found that my lines were always stronger in the evenings. As I had a previous early loss the dr to ease my mind did a blood test and called me to say I'm very pregnant as the levels were rising so quickly. I found myself thinking it was twins, also had early symptoms felt sick and spotty before I tested. Went for an early scan for reassurance and there was only one. Now nearing my 20 week scan and still only 1 ☺️
It is possible but I wouldn't bet on it being twins, there are people with twins who test positive late and have few symptoms.
