Nipples so itchy I could tear them off! Anyone with me?!

Basically as the title says! Nipples have been sooooo itchy for the past week or so. I actually scratched in public yesterday without even realising 🙈😂. 16 weeks 1 day pregnant now.
Anyone else experiencing this joy? Haha

I've been plagued with this.
Try hydromol! Use it to wash them & put on after if there's any dryness.

Ice cubes. I’ve never been pregnant but I get this sometimes with my period. It’s not very glamorous but it works. At home not on the bus obviously

I swear by cucumber slices. Thickly cut from the fridge.

Try vaseline on them each day after your shower i had this and they were quite flaky and dry and it says online your not supposed to get soap on them when washing i never knew that before getting pregnant
